Our Winter Junior Sessions start on 28 Oct
Our indoor junior sessions start up a week on Monday! Sessions start up after the October schools break (from Mon 28 Oct, Wed 30 Oct) for a block of 6 weekly sessions in the St Josephs College Sports Hall. Details HERE.

There is live music coming up at the club in November when the 'blues music' band Kurlew have a gig here on Saturday the 16th November from 7pm along with support act Billy James.

Women's Cricket

The Women's T20 World Cup is reaching its conclusion with the final on Sunday. Scotland have returned after their four group games, including against England last Sunday. The tournament can be followed online HERE

Scotland Cricket
Chris (McBride number #3) is Captaining Scotland 'A' this week at the European Cricket Championships Finals Week in Spain. The competition is run in a T10 format, and Scotland are playing Germany, Spain, Netherlands and England. The tournament can be followed HERE.

Cricket Scotland have released dates for their upcoming Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses with both Level 1 and Level 2 courses scheduled in November

Getting Cricket Registered
Spend a couple of minutes getting registered with Cricket Scotland and join the others from the club who have already signed up to the Scottish Cricket Registration System.

Anyone involved in Scottish cricket can register with SCRS with a current priority for the following categories – Players, Juniors, Club Officials and Administrators, Umpires and Scorers.

Going Multi-Sport
Well done to Cory and Isaac on their selection for the new Dumfries Table Tennis Club side which is entering the Scottish National League.

Running the Club
The next cricket committee meeting is on the 5th of November with the 2024 Cricket Club AGM currently scheduled for Friday the 29th November.
