Cricket Packages for the season
We need participants to sort out their Cricket Membership Packages for the season. Packages for senior and junior cricket, can be purchased online on this website You need to have joined our website to do this, which is what we require of all our cricket participants.
We are asking adults to arrange their required Dumfries Sports Club membership directly with the Sports Club in addition to the Senior Cricket Package. The Sports Club membership can be completed online here.
Juniors also require a Primary Junior or Secondary Junior Dumfries Sports Club membership and a junior cricket package. Parents can also organise the Sports Club membership direct if they wish. Alternatively we will facilitate that depending on the junior cricket package purchased (i.e.. for Non -DSC or existing DSC members)
Any questions, please let us know.

Sign Up for Cricket this season - This means you and NOW!
This year "SCRS registration is now REQUIRED FOR ALL ADULTS AND JUNIORS playing competitive adult league and cup cricket" in Scotland. It also helps us as a club to help Cricket Scotland.
SCRS is the Scottish Cricket Registration System and further details about how to register can be found here.
Your registration is required this season so you need to organise your own sign up here or ensure that it is has been renewed for this year.
This has relevance as to how the club is supported by Cricket Scotland. So help out your hard pressed club admins and get it completed now.
Women's World Cup Qualifiers
Scotland Women are still in with a outside chance of qualifying in Lahore for the ICC 50-over World Cup after 2 wins over West indies and Thailand and 2 losses to Pakistan and Bangladesh. A healthy win against Ireland on Friday morning (streamed from 10am) in their last game would help.
Volunteer Thanks
We are run by, and depend upon, our volunteers for the club to function. This week a thank you goes to Al from the 1st team who has been pro-active in finding us match sponsors to contribute towards the many costs associated with a fixture, e.g. umpires costs etc.
If you can identify a match or player sponsor then please get in touch with the cricket committee.
Overseas Cricket
Well done to our overseas player (in 2018) Andrew Mascall who has Captained his Cadets side in NZ to yet another title. See here.
And Finally, a welcome
A big welcome to Ben, who has arrived from Wests CC in Newcastle, Australia. This renews our club connection with Wests and Newcastle cricket. We hope everyone makes him very welcome and helps him to settle in well here at Nunholm.
